SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that the delivery address will be pulled from your PayPal account (PayPal payment method). If your delivery address differs from your billing address, please specify it during checkout.

The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we cannot alter the delivery method or address once your order has been shipped.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

TRACKING AN ORDER

We will send another notification once your order is ready to ship, along with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking website. This email will provide your order ID to track your item as it arrives to you, as well as the date the order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order here: Track Order.

IMPORTANT

If the carrier returns a package to us due to an address issue, you will be charged for the reshipping cost, and if a refund is required, there will be a 30% restocking fee for customized items.
