90 Days for Returns / Commercial Policy
Here are detailed instructions on how to handle a return or exchange. The policy is calculated from the date the order is received. Please check if any of these items apply to you and whether they are covered by our 90-day return policy.
Return and Exchange Conditions
① First, contact customer service to request your return, and the request must be approved.
Important note: Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted!
② The return and exchange period should not exceed 90 days from the date of purchase.
③ All items must be returned in new and unused condition, free from damage or signs of wear, and should not be resized or altered in any way.
④ You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Non-Refundable Items
① Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
② Products damaged by misuse, improper handling, or poor maintenance.
③ A replacement will not be accepted for a refund.
④ Silver items may show oxidation details; over time, they may appear black. To remove this, clean with a silver polishing cloth to restore the original appearance.
⑤ We do not accept returns of custom photo charms unless the appearance of the image is different from the photo provided to Kespireshop, as stated in the 90-day Return/Exchange Policy.
Return / Exchange Procedure
Step ①: If you are not satisfied with the received products, first contact our customer service representative for further assistance. Email: support@kespire.com

Step ②: Place the item(s) in the original packaging and securely seal the package.
Step ③: Deliver your package to the local postal agency.
Step ④: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions. (About 5-7 business days)
Finally, we will send you an email once your return or exchange is processed.
Refunds
Once our Customer Service approves your request, returns will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your package. Funds will be issued to your original payment account (approximately 5 to 7 business days), depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee.
Note: All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal, and all debit or credit card payments will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.
Shipping Fee Refunds
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Although you may have received free shipping or a discounted rate, we incurred the original shipping cost for each order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping costs.
For products that are not damaged, but the customer wishes to return them, please contact customer service first to request a refund. We will receive the product in undamaged condition and provide a refund within two to three business days.
(Note: the return shipping cost for this process is borne by the customer)
Kespireshop will refund $10 to the customer as a return fee under the following circumstances:
① The customer received the wrong item.
② The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.)
Note: Kespireshop reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is in unacceptable condition.
CANCELLATION POLICY
① Order cancellation within 24 hours is free of charge. After this period, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations, even if the order has not been shipped.
② Orders cancelled within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.
③ Orders cancelled after 48 hours following payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.
④ Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
